iPhone 7 Plus faces a Google Pixel in a speed test, but who will win?

Choices of other users do matter to a degree, but the iPhone 7 Plus and the Google Pixel represent the best of what mobile operating systems have to offer from other ends. The iPhone 7 Plus runs Apple’s iOS 10, bringing in a ton of new features, making it even better than before, while we have Google’s latest and greatest smartphone running stock Android. In speed tests between different smartphones, those feature different resolutions and often times it makes for a very unfair comparison.

However, we are lucky to see that both iPhone 7 Plus and Google Pixel feature the same resolution, which is 1920 by 1080 pixels, meaning that performance isn’t going to be affected by the resolution, and we have the ideal environment to finally see which device is the better of the two. The video has been given below and before you view it, you should give a shout out to SuperSaf TV, who goes through quite a tough time compiling all of these speed tests.

While iPhone 7 Plus features 3GB of RAM and Google Pixel features 4GB, those numbers would have meant a fair amount of difference, if the iPhone 7 Plus was running Android. However, thanks to Apple’s superior operating system optimization, the phablet version of the iPhone has absolutely no problem taking the lead against Google Pixel in the app speed test. Even when opening gaming applications that consume quite a lot of processing power, the iPhone 7 Plus continues to remain ahead of Pixel, showing that even a device running stock Android is unable to get the better of the iPhone 7 Plus.

Just to remind you, Google Pixel is a Daydream compatible smartphone because not only is it running Android Nougat 7.1, it is also running Snapdragon 821, which is the fastest mobile chipset is existence currently.
