3 Techniques to Drastically Be More Productive and Successful

Many of us dream of more productive and successful life, but no matter what you try to do, you still stuck in your unproductive and ineffective life. Well, you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we’ll discuss some key techniques you can do yourself to drastically become more productive and successful.

  1. Find your life purpose

In order for you to become successful, it’s extremely important for you to find your life purpose. Why? Well, if not, you may end up working toward goals that you don’t actually want. You may still achieve a lot without your life purpose, but what’s the point of working so hard for all the achievements if you’re not happy to get them. If you don’t have a life purpose, you may end up being so tired working so hard. And the result? Your happiness doesn’t increase a tiny bit because the thing that you’ve achieved isn’t what you want.

  1. Set clear goals that align with your life purpose

Now that you’ve set your life purpose, but it would be of no uses if you don’t let it guide your life. One of the best ways you can do this is to set goals that align with them. To make your goal even more effective, you may also make your goal clear of the result you want and set a deadline for it. What I mean by this is that it should be obvious what actions and events you should expect to happen once you achieve your goal, so that it’s easier to measure when have you achieved it.

You should also set a deadline for each of your goals and try to make it as soon as possible. Experiments have suggested amazing results in allowing less time for your goals. For a task that would normally take weeks to complete, a group of university students are given only 24 hours to work on it. Guess what the result shows: the students can complete the task within the time they’re given. What this shows is the power of making the time available for your goal extremely short.

  1. Break down your goals into actionable steps and block time for them

After setting your goals, what you now have to do is to break them down into clear steps of what you exactly have to do. Make sure these steps are clear. After that, you should block time for them. This means giving a specific time for each of your actions. For instance, you may want to block 8.00 – 9.00 to spend solely on one of your tasks. We shouldn’t underestimate the benefit of time blocking, as it can greatly increase your productivity by assigning activities to time that you normally waste.

Alright, so these are all three key techniques you can apply to your life to get rid of a boring, unproductive life. So what are you waiting for now, go ahead and implement them!
