iCarMode App Review

Developed by Diego Resnik, iCarMode is like your in-car dashboard, providing quick access to the things you need most when you’re on the road.

Featuring a home-screen with extra large icons for music, maps, contacts and phone – you can access the functions at-a-glance rather than fumbling through multiple pages of apps to find them. Swipe right once on the home page and you’ve also got access to a number of other useful features like ‘Where Did I Park?’, ‘Places’ and ‘Parking Meter’.

Contacts lets you add in six of your most-called contacts, making it incredibly easy to place a call to the people you speak with most. The Music player has handy large buttons to make adjusting the tunes whilst driving that much safer.

Maps lets you use your favorite GPS app from a list of many – choose the default Apple maps or change to Google Maps, Waze, TomTom, Navigon and more.

Where Did I Park is the perfect antidote to sprawling carparks or unfamiliar side-streets and helps you locate your vehicle quickly. With Places, you can find the nearest gas station, car wash, restaurant, shops and more. Everything is broken down into simple categories to help you find what you need fast.

Parking Meter is a great option for time-sensitive city parks where missing the deadline often means a hefty fine. You simply punch in when the parking meter expires and you needn’t risk a ticket again.

A comprehensive app for all your in-car needs, iCarMode does what it says on the packet and is a great investment for just $1.99.

iCarMode requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
