The release date for the iMac 2017 has been rumored for the past few months online with many reporting that Apple’s latest desktop will, in fact, be releasing in the second half of the year of 2017. According to a recent report by DigiTimes, leaks suggest that the iMac 2017 will be implementing a Intel’s Xeon E3-1285 v6 processor, 16 to 64GB ECC RAM, up to 2TB NVMe SSD and one of a kind GPU that has been kept discrete by the Apple insider.

In addition, the report highlights iMac 2017 release date to be in the 3rd quarter of 2017 with a launch of 2 iMac’s. As of yet, Apple has 2 different variants of the iMac, the 21.5 inch iMac and the bigger and better 27 inch iMac. Therefore, Apple will definitely be upgrading both of these desktop devices with the latest high-end specifications and technology to keep in the contest with their competition.

Furthermore, it is believed that the two upcoming iMac PC devices will be manufactured by the company Quanta Computer, with the company set to remain one of the biggest and largest AIO PC makers of 2017.
