According to intel gathered by BoyGeniusReport, Apple is preparing to launch something big this Thursday, the 10th anniversary of Apple’s first retail store opening.
An overnight shift is apparently scheduled for 10-15 Apple employees (per store) who will work through Saturday night into Sunday afternoon. Selected employees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and must lock their cell phones in the store’s main office.
Additionally, stores have apparently received hardware to put up and more hardware will arrive on Friday and Saturday. The mysterious hardware is said to be on lockdown until the Saturday night shift.
Apple employees have been directed to put up black curtains so that store interiors remain hidden. A multitude of stores have received instructions from Apple’s headquarters, labeled ‘training’, that can’t be opened until Saturday evening.
