Twitter is lighting up with comments from around the world as the app store appears a week ahead of schedule in countries like Canada, the UK, France, Australia, and New Zealand.

PC World says that this international roll out could mean that that International users who have already bought iPad apps from the already available US app store may have to repurchase their apps through their country’s store but we’ll see how it shakes out when the iPad debuts internationally on May 28.
