At WWDC earlier this month, Apple shook up its Mac line, introducing new eleven-inch and thirteen-inch 2013 MacBook Air models.

Something the tech giant is most proud of is that it says the MacBook Air now features “all day battery life” along with speeds that make it 45% faster than its predecessor. So how does the 2013 MacBook Air hold up? We provide specs below:

2013 MACBOOK AIR PRICING:

11-inch Version:  Starting at $999, the 128GB flash storage version of the 11-inch MacBook Air is Apple’s most affordable computer. The 256GB version, meanwhile, comes with a price tag of $1199.

13-inch Version: The 128GB flash storage version is set at $1,099, not bad if you’d prefer a little extra screen room compared to the 11-inch; it’s only $100 more. Meanwhile, the 256GB version retails at $1299.

2013 MACBOOK AIR PROCESSOR:

11-inch Version: Features a 1.3 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 with 3MB shared L3 Cache

13-inch Version: Features a 1.3 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 with 3MB shared L3 Cache

2013 MACBOOK AIR MEMORY:

Both are 4GB but configurable up to 8GB.

2013 MACBOOK AIR WIRELESS:

Both feature 802.11ac Wi-Fi networking along with Bluetooth 4.0.

2013 MACBOOK AIR AUDIO:

Both feature dual microphones, stereo speakers and a headphone port.

2013 MACBOOK AIR BATTERY:

11-inch Version: 38-watt-hour lithium-polymer. As much as 9 hours of wireless web. As much as 8 hours of iTunes movie playback.

13-inch Version: 54-watt-hour lithium polymer. As much as 12 hours of wireless web. As much as 10 hours of iTunes movie playback.

2013 MACBOOK AIR CONNECTIONS:

11-inch Version: Two USB 3 ports, Thunderbolt port, MagSafe 2 power port

13-inch Version: Two USB 3 ports, Thunderbolt port, MagSafe 2 power port in addition to SDXC card slot

2013 MACBOOK AIR SIZE SPECS:

11-inch Version: Features a .68-inch height and an 11.8-inch width. Weight is set at 2.38 lbs.

13-inch Version: Features a .68-inch height and a 12.8-inch width. Weight is set at 2.96 lbs.

2013 MACBOOK AIR CAMERA:

Both feature 720p FaceTime HD.

2013 MACBOOK AIR SOFTWARE:

Both feature OS X Mountain Lion by default. Upgradable to OS X Mavericks when it arrives this fall through the Mac App Store.

2013 MACBOOK AIR GRAPHICS:

Both feature Intel HD Graphics 5000 along with a Thunderbolt digital video output.
