Ever wish you could play your favorite Xbox 360 game on your favorite Apple device? Your dreams may become a reality thanks to Andrew Russell, an independent programmer. Russell is developing ExEn, an open source software that will allow developers to port games created with XNA (the kit behind most Xbox 360 games) to platforms such as iOS and Silverlight.

As if the iOS App Store didn’t have enough games already, it’s going to have even more high quality titles to choose from when ExEn goes live.

While the program is far from finished, the developer has recently released the a preview of ExEn to show off his progress. He also mentioned on his official website that an Android version is in the works, so Android users shouldn’t feel left out.

Which Xbox 360 game would you like to see brought over to iOS?
