TBS and NBC have officially joined Time Warner and Universal in the backlash against Apple’s no Flash policy.

The New York Post reported on the media conglomerates today, saying, “Several large media companies, including Time Warner and NBC Universal, told Apple they won’t retool their extensive video libraries to accommodate the iPad, arguing that such a reformatting would be expensive and not worth it because Flash dominates the Web.”

These powerful media companies are apparently waiting for the arrival of Adobe friendly tablets from companies like Dell and HP. It looks like it’s going to take some time for this shakedown to work itself out.
