Duke Nukem Forever has been in development for 14 years now, so the creators probably want to get their money’s worth out of all the hype the game has been generating as it nears completion. The most logical way to do that is to release it on as many platforms as possible, right?

A forum member over at Touch beste online casino Arcade has recently spotted something very curious in the license agreement for the game on Steam. Included in the text are “Apple App Store Additional License Terms” that include a passage that states:

The license to the Software is a non-transferable license to use the Software only on an iPhone or iPod touch that you own or control.

There has yet to be any official confirmation or denial from the game’s developer, Gearbox Software, or the game’s publisher, 2K Games. It seems as if every major console and PC game released comes with an iPhone version these days, so the idea is not exactly shocking.
