LG Optimus g Nexus 3

If you still aren’t convinced that the LG Optimus G Nexus is a real thing and will indeed be the Samsung Galaxy Nexus’ successor, allow us to try and convince you otherwise with these new high-quality pictures that have recently surfaced:

The pictures were first shared on Belarusian website Onliner.by. These shots are indeed superior to the ones included in the earlier leaks, giving us an even better of look of what is now most certainly the next Google Nexus device.

While we’ve know that the device was following design beats from the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the Samsung Galaxy S3, the higher quality photos make certain details much clearer. The elegant silver bezel in the front is much more defined and you can tell the contrast between its shiny front facade and more subdued matte back casing. In fact, what I initially looked like a tacky device now looks… well… quite classy! I’m now a convert and think that the LG Optimus G Nexus is a very sleek and sexy looking device.

Of course, looks aren’t everything. So just to refresh everyone’s memory, here are the rumored specs of the LG Optimus G Nexus:

  • CPU: quad core ARMv7 1.5GHz
  • RAM: 2 GB
  • Memory: 8GB (no SD slot)
  • GPU: Adreno 320
  • Android version: JellyBeanMR1
  • Kernel 3.4.0
  • Screen: 768×1184 (320 dpi)
  • 4.7-inch display
  • Camera: 8 MP

We’ll be on the lookout for more updates on the LG Optimus Nexus G but what do you think so far? Will the LG Optimus G Nexus be a worthy successor to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus? Did LG and Google hit a home run with the device’s design? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
