Pro.Calendar is an iPhone app developed by LightArrow, Inc. This premium calendar app boasts a ton of features and functions that will appeal to anyone with a full schedule.
Pro.Calendar offers multiple calendar views, as well as the ability to sync with the data from other calendar apps. Evernote, Toodledo, Asana. Dropbox, Box, OneDrive (aka SkyDrive), and Google Drive can all integrate with Pro.Calendar, making it easy to populate your Pro.Calendar app with all your existing tasks, files, and appointments.
Pro.Calendar also includes a printable agenda with day, week, month and year views – configurable to individually show or hide your life and work events. This is nice if you want to keep some modicum of privacy about your personal life while you’re on the job, but you want to have the convenience of using a single calendar app.
A lot of calendar apps for the iPhone that try to cram in this many features end up feeling cramped and confusing. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to take in a whole month at a glance in portrait mode. That being said, I wished I could have tilted my phone and gone into a landscape view. That would be especially nice for when you have your phone propped up on your desk while you’re working.
This app is robust and feature-rich, but the price tag may scare off some potential buyers. You have to factor in not only the cost of the app, but the IAP needed to unlock certain LifeTopix features.
This is a solid, reliable app, but I’m not sure that people who are currently happy with their free calendar app will be willing to pay for the step-up in features they’ll get with Pro.Calendar. Don’t get me wrong, Pro.Calendar is a solid app, but just not solid enough or innovative enough to make it a “must-have.” Unless you’re really entrenched in the LifeTopix system, you can probably find a cheaper app that will make you just as happy.
Pro.Calendar requires iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.
