Professional Services Review, Australian Government Website Hacked

A Syrian hacker claiming to be code-named “RxR Hacker” has somehow hacked into Professional Services Review, Australian Government official website (http://psr.gov.au/). The hacker had defaced all pages of the website, leaving a message about Freedom for Syria in Arabic and English with a Syrian Flag.

The hacker had left the following message on its deface page:

Although we aren’t exactly sure how the hacker gained access to the website. However, this hack certainly proves that the Professional Services Review, Australian Government website was not secured as it should have been.

According to RxR Hacker’s Facebook page, the hacker had set a target of many other government websites. The same hacker recently defaced MIT Hillel website too.

We will update this news article as soon as we receive any updated reports about the Professional Services Review website.
